You probably already know that having the exact match domain for your target keyword can give you a huge boost in the SERPS. In my research I have seen exact match domains with PR0 and a handful of links outrank PR3 pages with tons of links so it's always a good idea to try to get an exact match domain if you can (and if it makes sense to do so within your plan for the website).
